Grievance Form link Attention all Union members or Bargaining Unit members. We have provided you a link to the Grievance Form used by Local 1395. Please understand the following rules of filing a grievance. 1. Grievances must be filed in a timely manner as outlined in your labor agreement. 2. Grievances can be filed by a member/individual but it is HIGHLY recommended that you have a Shop Steward file the grievance for you. Please go to the Officers & Staff link on the Main page to find your Shop Steward. This does not apply to BCC members or bargaining unit members - you must contact the Local Union (as per the labor agreement) to file a grievance. 3. A copy of your Grievance must be provided to the Local Union as soon as it is filed. The Local Union must track the grievance. If you are having a problem filing a grievance please contact Mike Scott, Senior VP at (850) 554-2026.
