Bobby Nigh arbitration - update

Update - Bobby Nigh arbitration

The Union is waiting on the arbitrator to offer dates to hear his termination case.  Arbitrator Lynne Gomez from Texas is hearing Bobby's case.

An email was sent to hear on 6/19/08 requesting again for offered dates.

The Union feels very confident about winning this case.  "We believe this 20 plus year employee will get his job back with back pay"  Cliff Rooker, VP - BCC
