Meet Marty Hogan ATU Local 1395 Labor Attorney! For over two years now ATU Local 1395 has retained Attorney Martin Hogan as the Local's labor attorney. Marty who worked for Gromfine and Taylor P.C. out of Alexandria, Virginia has recently opened his own law practice "The law office of Martin Hogan". Marty now works out of Washington, D.C. He represents some ATU Locals, and he's done work for some Florida Locals like West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando, and Gainesville. Marty has represented Local 1395 in the Sue Butt's case (Laidlaw) and he was successful in getting her back to her position with all her back pay. Also he handled the Amy Elzy case at ECAT. This was a huge case which involved a fatality. Amy got her job back with full back pay and benefits. Currently Marty is representing Derrick Combs (PBT) and this case is in the Northwest District Court of Florida pending a judges decision. Plus Marty has provided Local 1395 many legal opinions as well. Marty is also an expert in labor law and Family Medical Leave Act. Marty is a graduate of William and Mary Universary law school. Please note Marty Hogan works for ATU Local 1395 - he will not handle personal cases unless authorize by Union President Mike Lowery.
